🗂️ How to Locate Your Mailbird Next Log File
If you're experiencing issues with Mailbird Next, our support team may ask you to provide your log files. These files help us better understand and troubleshoot any technical problems you're facing.
🔍 Step-by-Step Instructions
Obtaining these logs is extremely easy. Here's how:
- First, click on the Gear icon down the bottom lefthand side of Mailbird Next
- In the Settings menu which will appear, select the Support tab
- Lastly, near the bottom of the Support section, click on Prepare log files for support
- Choose where you would like to save your Mailbird Next log files (we recommend your Desktop) and then attach them to your reply to us.
