Mailbird Next makes it easy to work with images directly inside your emails. You can insert images inline, resize them for better layout, and download or copy images that you received, all without leaving the app.

These features allow you to create richer, more visually engaging emails and manage image content more efficiently.

➕ How to Add Inline Images to an Email

You can insert images directly into the body of your email so they appear exactly where you place them.

To add an inline image:

  1. Open the Compose window.

  2.  Copy an image and paste it directly into the message.

The image will appear inline, just like text, instead of as a traditional attachment. Some examples of when adding images to an email can be practical or useful are:

  • For signatures with logos.

  • Product screenshots.

  • Visual instructions.

🔍 How to Resize Inline Images

Once an image is inserted, you can resize it directly within the email. To resize an image:

  1. Click on the image inside the compose window.

  2. Drag the corner handles to adjust its size.

This gives you full control over layout and formatting, allowing you to align all visuals with the body of your email message,

📥 How to Download or Copy Images from Emails

Mailbird Next also lets you easily reuse images from received emails. To download or copy an image:

  1. Right-click on the image inside the email.

  2. Choose Save image as to save it to your computer,

  3. Alternatively, choose Copy Image to paste it into another app or email.

For the best results:

  • Keep image sizes reasonable to avoid slow loading.

  • Resize large images before sending to maintain clean layouts.
