✉️ Mailbird Next and Outlook Email Accounts

If you have an Outlook email account that you would like to connect to Mailbird Next, then don't worry, because we've made the process extremely simple for you. We'll walk you through what you need to do to add an Outlook account to Mailbird in a matter of minutes.

📬 Connecting Your Outlook Email Account

To get started with adding a new account:

1. Click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner of Mailbird Next.

2. Click the Accounts tab at the top.

3. Select the Add account button down the left-hand side.

4. Here you must select an Outlook from the list of options.

🌐 Sign into Your Outlook Account

Once you've selected Outlook:

• A browser window will open, taking you to the Microsoft's login page.

• If you're already signed in, simply select your account.

• Alternatively, click Use another account to enter your Outlook email address.

🔐 Provide Your Password

Next you'll need to:

• Enter the password for your Outlook account.

• Click Continue once you’ve done that.

✅All set!

If you have entered your credentials correctly, then your Microsoft Outlook email account should now be successfully connected to Mailbird Next, and you should see the page below which confirms this. You will then be asked to choose an avatar for your Outlook email account.
