In Mailbird for Mac, it is really simple to manage and organize your folders however you like!
In just a few simple clicks, you will be able to structure your folders in the best possible way for your specific needs. In this article, we will walk your through the steps to start creating your own personal folders inside of Mailbird for Mac.
- To begin with, you can access the Manage Folders section in the left sidebar by clicking on the Folders icon, and then on Manage folders from the dropdown menu (as shown in the screenshot below).
- In order to create a new folder, just click on Add folder, and then provide the name for your new folder (as shown below).
- You can also make use of our Nested folder option if you desire. In case you don't know what a nested folder is, it is simply a folder within another folder, and this can help you create a hierarchy of folders within Mailbird for Mac.
- To do this, you need to select a parent folder for any nested folder which you would like to create (as shown in the screenshot below).
- To make things quicker and easier for you, we have made it possible to also rename, delete and nest folders directly from the Context menu - just click on the three black dots which appear next to any folder that you have selected, and you will be presented with the available options (as shown below).
