πŸ—‚οΈ Managing Folders in Mailbird Next

Organizing your emails is easy and intuitive in Mailbird Next! With just a few clicks, you can create a folder system that fits your personal or professional workflow.

This guide will walk you through how to create, nest, rename, and delete folders in Mailbird Next.

πŸ“ How to Access Folder Management

To begin managing your folders:

  1. Select one of your email accounts from the left-hand column of Mailbird Next.

  2. Next, click on Manager folder located near the bottom of the screen.

This will take you to the folder management interface where you can add or modify folders.

βž• Creating a New Folder

To create a new folder:

  1. Click Add folder.

  2. Enter a name for your new folder.

  3. Click Save.

That’s it! Your new folder will now appear in your folder list.

βš™οΈ Other Options

Additionally, you can carry out the following actions from the Settings menu: Edit, Add new inside, Remove. To do this:

  1. Head to the Settings menu.

  2. Then select the Folders tab.

  3. Click on on the three vertical black dots (as shown below)
  4. Choose the action you want (Edit, Add new inside, or Remove).

Add new inside will create a 'nested folder' (i.e. a folder within a folder), allowing you therefore to set up a hierarchy of folders.
