🔍 Why This Might Happen
This error typically occurs when your email server loses authentication. This is usually due to an internal server issue on your provider’s side and is not caused by Mailbird Next.

The quickest and most effective solution is to remove and re-add your email account in Mailbird Next. Here’s how:
-
Go to Settings in Mailbird Next.
-
Navigate to the Accounts section.
-
Remove the affected email account.
-
Add the account again by entering your email address and password when prompted.
This will reauthenticate your account and usually resolves the issue immediately.
