Overview
If Mailbird Next reports that the Exchange server URL is invalid, the server address entered during setup is incomplete, malformed, or not the correct Exchange or EWS endpoint.
Common causes
The address is missing
https://An email address was entered instead of a server URL
An Outlook Web page URL was used instead of the Exchange or EWS server endpoint
The path was copied incorrectly or contains extra characters
How to fix it
Re-enter the server address carefully. Make sure it is a valid server URL, not just an email address or webmail page.
Use autodiscover first if your organization supports it. This is often the easiest way to avoid manual server URL mistakes.
Check the exact server details with your IT administrator. Exchange environments often use organization-specific endpoints.
Make sure the address uses HTTPS if your provider requires it.
Still need help?
If you are unsure what the correct Exchange or EWS URL should be, contact your administrator before continuing with manual setup.
