⚡ How Quick Reply Works

Mailbird Next is designed for efficiency, particularly when it comes to replying to emails. Whether you prefer using your mouse or your keyboard, you can reply to emails without opening them in a separate window.

🖱️ Using Your Mouse

To quickly reply to an email:

• Locate the Reply icon next to the message (highlighted in red below).

• Click it to immediately open a Compose window inline, where you can begin your response.

⌨️ Using a Keyboard Shortcut

Prefer keyboard-driven workflows?

• Press R on your keyboard while the email is selected.

• This will open a Compose window instantly.
