How to Create a Signature Using Flamingo in Mailbird Next

✨ Create Stunning Email Signatures with Flamingo

One Mailbird Next's standout features, is its built-in signature generator: Flamingo.

With Flamingo, you can create beautiful, professional email signatures in just a few seconds and fully customize them to match your personal or business style.

πŸ”“ How to Access Flamingo

  1. Open Mailbird Next.

  2. Click the Settings icon (the gear in the bottom-left corner).

  3. Select the Signatures tab at the top.

  4. Click Open Flamingo.

This will take you directly to Flamingo's website.

🎨 Customizing Your Signature

Once you're on the Flamingo website, use the five tabs to customize your signature:

  • 🧾 General Details: Add your name, job title, company name, and other basic info.

  • πŸ–ΌοΈ Customization: Upload a profile photo and/or company logo.

  • πŸ”— Social Media Links: Include links to your social profiles (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

  • 🎨 Design Styling: Choose fonts, sizes, and colors to match your brand.

  • πŸ“₯ Import from JSON: Already have a saved signature? Upload it here.

As you make changes, a live preview appears at the bottom of the screen.

βœ… Finalizing and Exporting Your Signature

When you're happy with your signature:

  1. Click Create Signature.

  2. On the final page, you’ll see:

    • πŸ–Ό A visual image of your signature
      β†’ Hover over it and click Copy Signature to copy or save.

    • πŸ’» The HTML code
      β†’ Click the copy icon in the code box to copy it to your clipboard.

πŸ“¬ Adding the Signature to Mailbird Next

  1. Return to Mailbird Next.

  2. In the Signatures tab, paste the copied HTML into the blank signature field.

  3. Your signature will now appear just as it did in Flamingo.

  4. 🏷️ Name your signature so it’s easy to identify.

  5. (Optional) Use the Default for... dropdown option to assign it to a specific email account.
