Mailbird Next makes it easy to print your emails or save them as PDFs for digital records. Follow the steps below to get started immediately.

📄 Printing an Email

1. Open the email you want to print.

2. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of the email view pane.

3. Select Print message from the dropdown menu.

This will open the standard macOS print dialog, where you can choose your printer and print settings.

💾 Saving an Email as a PDF

1. In the macOS print dialog, locate the PDF dropdown at the bottom-left corner of the window.

2. Click the arrow next to PDF and select "Save as PDF…" (as shown below).

3. Choose the destination and filename, then click Save.
