🔍 Adjusting the Zoom Level in Mailbird Next
You can adjust the zoom level in Mailbird Next to make the main app interface smaller or larger, depending on what feels most comfortable for you.
Note: the zoom setting affects the main Mailbird interface only. It does not apply to apps, integrations, or the Settings window itself.
⚙️ How to Change the Zoom Level
- Open Mailbird Next.
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner.
- Go to General.
- In the Layout section, find Adjust the view zoom level.
- Move the zoom slider left or right until the interface is set to your preferred size.
✅ When the Change Takes Effect
The zoom level changes immediately, so you do not need to restart Mailbird Next. You can keep adjusting the slider until the app layout is comfortable to read and use.
