⏰ Snoozing Emails in Mailbird Next

Mailbird Next allows you to temporarily remove emails from your Inbox and bring them back at a time or date of your choosing. When an email is snoozed:

• It disappears from your Inbox.
• It reappears at the scheduled snooze time.
• It remains accessible in your Snoozed folder at any time.

👀 How to View or Manage Snoozed Emails

To view snoozed messages:

1. Go to the Snoozed folder in your Mailbird sidebar.
2. You’ll see the snooze time/date displayed for each message.

To unsnooze an email:

1. Simply drag it from the Snoozed folder back to your Inbox.
2. This cancels the snooze and restores the message to its original location.

📅 Predefined Snooze Options

Mailbird Next includes the same convenient snooze options as Mailbird for Windows:

• 📅 Today
  Snoozes the email for 3 hours from the current time.

• 🌆 This Evening
  Snoozes the email until 6:00 PM today.
  ⚠️ Note: This option won’t appear if it’s already past 6:00 PM.

• 📆 Later This Week
  Snoozes the email until two days from today at 8:00 AM.
  Example: If you snooze on January 1st, the email returns January 3rd at 8:00 AM.

• 🛌 This Weekend
  Snoozes the email until Saturday at 10:00 AM of the same week.
  ⚠️If it’s already Saturday, the email will reappear the following Saturday.

• 🗓️ Next Week
  Snoozes the email until Monday at 8:00 AM of the upcoming week.

• ⏰Pick date & time
  Choose on what date and time you would like the email to be unsnoozed.
