🖱️ Ways to Select Multiple Emails

You can select multiple emails in the following ways:

• Cmd/Ctrl + Click
  Select individual emails one by one.

• Shift + Click
  Select a continuous range of emails by clicking the first email, holding Shift, and then clicking the last email in the range.

• Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Click
  Combine both methods to fine-tune your selection across grouped and ungrouped emails.

📋 Actions You Can Take on Selected Emails

Once you’ve selected multiple emails, right-click on your selection to access these bulk actions:

• Mark as Read / Unread

• Mark as Important / Not Important

• Mark as Starred / Not Starred

• Mark as Spam / Not Spam

• Copy / Move to Folder

  💡 Only available if selected emails are from the same account and folder (e.g. not from the Unified Inbox.

• Archive

• Trash / Delete Permanently
