🖱️ Ways to Select Multiple Emails
You can select multiple emails in the following ways:

Cmd/Ctrl + Click
Select individual emails one by one. -
Shift + Click
Select a continuous range of emails by clicking the first email, holding Shift, and then clicking the last email in the range.

Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Click
Combine both methods to fine-tune your selection across grouped and ungrouped emails.
📋 Actions You Can Take on Selected Emails
Once you’ve selected multiple emails, right-click on your selection to access these bulk actions:

Mark as Read / Unread

Mark as Important / Not Important
-
Mark as Starred / Not Starred

Mark as Spam / Not Spam

Copy / Move to Folder
💡 Only available if selected emails are from the same account and folder (e.g. not from the Unified Inbox. -
Archive

Trash / Delete Permanently
