📥 Understanding the Unified Inbox in Mailbird

The Unified Inbox is one of Mailbird Next's most powerful and useful features. It brings all your emails, across all email accounts, into a single convenient view. Instead of switching between different inboxes, you can now manage all your emails from one location. Simple, efficient, and time-saving!

📌 What Is the Unified Inbox?

The Unified Inbox combines incoming emails from all your connected email accounts and displays them in one consolidated view. This means that you’ll see messages from Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or any other email account together in a single, organized list, just like magic! ✨

💡 Benefits of Using the Unified Inbox

  • A single email view keeps your workflow smooth and focused.

  • Avoid missing important messages by seeing everything in one view.

  • Quickly scan, read, reply to, and archive emails without toggling between different inboxes. It simplifies daily email management and boosts productivity.

🛠️ How to Use the Unified Inbox

Mailbird Next lets you decide exactly which email accounts appear in your Unified Inbox. Whether you want to see all your messages in one place or only include selected email accounts, you’re in complete control. This flexibility helps you stay organized and focused by showing only the emails that you want to see.

Here's how it works:

    1. Open Mailbird Next.

    2. Click the gear icon (⚙️) to open Settings.

    3. Go to the Accounts tab.

    4. Scroll down until you see Include in unified account (as shown below).

    5. Apply or remove a checkmark to the box as required.

    6. Click Save to apply the changes.

🎨 Assign Colors to Email Accounts in the Unified Inbox

To help you easily identify which email account each message belongs to in your Unified Inbox, Mailbird Next allows you to assign a unique color to each account.

This simple visual cue makes it faster to scan your inbox and stay organized, especially if you're managing multiple email accounts via the Unified Inbox.
